If you've had an issue with your order and you'd like to request a refund then you will need to submit a refund application.
If you're planning on submitting a refund request for a Customer Return listing, please be advised that we will be unable to offer a refund if you're requesting a refund for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size, colour or style
- Damaged/faulty
- Missing parts
- Past expiry/Use-by date
- Has an international plug
Please be advised that Brand New listed products will not be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size, colour or style
- Has an international Plug
- Past expiry/Use-by date
- Damage to the packaging of a product
