Request a RefundUpdated a year ago


If you've had an issue with your order and you'd like to request a refund then you will need to submit a refund application. 


If you're planning on submitting a refund request for a Customer Return listing, please be advised that we will be unable to offer a refund if you're requesting a refund for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size, colour or style
  • Damaged/faulty 
  • Missing parts 
  • Past expiry/Use-by date 
  • Has an international plug


Please be advised that Brand New listed products will not be eligible for a refund for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size, colour or style
  • Has an international Plug
  • Past expiry/Use-by date 
  • Damage to the packaging of a product
