Sure, here's some information on our shipping rates;

Pallet Delivery: 

Mainland England and Wales:

£56 per pallet + VAT (typically 3-5 business days)

Mainland Scotland (exclusions apply*):

£76 per pallet + VAT (typically 3-5 business days)

Northern Ireland:
We do not currently offer pallet delivery to Northern Ireland

Box Delivery: 

England, Scotland (exclusions apply*) and Wales:

Standard delivery: £5.99 + VAT for the first 10kg and £4.99 + VAT for every additional 10kg (2-3 business days).

Express delivery: £6.99+VAT per 10kg (1-2 business days).

Northern Ireland:

£14.99 + VAT per 10kg for standard delivery (2-4 business days)

Collections

Collection in-store is free at our Pembroke Dock address. Please contact customer service at support@jobalots.com to arrange collection.

What is your shipping policy?

Thanks for reaching out.

We do not accept the return of any pallets or Mini Jobalots once delivery has been accepted. 

Once accepted we do not take responsibility for discrepancies in the description or quantities of our pallets or Mini Jobalots. No credits will be offered in these cases.

If a pallet or Mini Jobalot has been damaged in transit then you have the right to refuse the delivery, once this has been received and proceed by our team then a full refund will be issued.

Can I return my order?

If you'd like to download the manifest of a pallet or wholesale box, you can either download the file directly from the listing if it's still active, or you can enter the SKU into our Manifes Finder - https://jobalots.com/pages/manifest-finder#

Please be advised that we only store the manifests of sold listings for 30 days, so please download the manifest within this time.

Thanks for the message!

Yes, you can combine multiple Mini Jobalots in your order to save on shipping costs. 

If you proceed to the checkout with more than one Mini Jobalot listing in your cart, then the combined weight will be used to calculate your shipping charge to save you money.

As per our Terms of Auction Policy, we require all won bids to be paid for by the end of that day, so you'll have up until midnight to make payment for all auctions won that day.
